We have developed a device-agnostic mobile optimised web application to allow users to reflect using the SELF model from any device. Reflections are completely private and only stored on the user’s local device but can be exported for sharing.

This is in keeping with what we see as the highly personal nature of developing wellbeing as part of reflective practice – the reflections that individuals create in Reflecta belong to those individuals.
