1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Reflecta Project (https://reflectaproject.com), you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outlined in this agreement. 2. Description of Service
The Reflecta Project provides a mobile-optimized web application to enable personal reflection using the SELF model. Your reflections are stored privately on your local device and can be exported for sharing. Reflecta will store minimal personal data - only your name and usage statistics - and any information you input is only accessible by you.
3. Personal Use
The Reflecta Project is for your personal use. You may not use the service for commercial purposes or in any way that is unlawful, or harms us or any other person or entity, as determined in our sole discretion.
4. User Obligations
As a user, you agree not to share your login information with anyone. It is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
6. Ownership of Reflections
The reflections you create in Reflecta are solely yours. Reflecta does not claim ownership or control over any content created by you. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold over the content that you create and submit, post or display on or through Reflecta.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, all data associated with your account, including your personal information and reflections, will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Reflecta Project is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind. Reflecta does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website.

In no event shall Reflecta be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
